- Submit false or misleading information in contact forms, quote requests, or service inquiries.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.
- Engage in any automated data scraping, crawling, or harvesting without permission.
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
1.5 Disclaimers THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE IS PROVIDED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1.6 Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA AND FEDERAL LAW, SIERRA PACIFIC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
1.7 Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sierra Pacific and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
1.8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
1.9 Miscellaneous If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect We collect the following categories of personal information (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”)):
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address, device identifiers.
- California Customer Records Information: Phone number, address, credit/debit card or other payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details).
- Commercial Information: Records of products or services requested, quote inquiries, service history, estimates, purchases, and financing applications.
- Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, clicks, navigation patterns, interaction with the Site, cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
- Audio, Electronic, or Visual Information: Call recordings and chat transcripts (with notice and consent where required).
- Geolocation Data (inferred): Approximate location based on IP address or service-area selections (used only to determine service eligibility).
- Professional or Employment-Related Information (if you apply for a job).
- Inferences: Preferences drawn from the above to personalize your experience.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary, nor do we collect personal information from children under 16 without verifiable parental consent.
Specific Third-Party Partners include ServiceTitan, Contractor Commerce, Stripe, GreenSky, Chiirp, SameDay Ai, Google, and Meta.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
2.2 Cookies and Tracking We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. All non-essential cookies and tracking technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing, and Meta Pixel) are blocked by default upon your first visit and activate only after you provide affirmative consent through our cookie consent banner.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals due to lack of industry standard.
2.3 Calls, Chats, and CIPA Notice We may record or monitor phone calls and website chat sessions for quality assurance, training, and compliance. In California and other two-party consent jurisdictions, we provide clear notice before recording and obtain your consent before proceeding.
2.4 Sources of Collection
- Directly from you (forms, quote requests, purchases, SMS opt-ins).
- Automatically from your device/browser.
- From service providers and third parties (ServiceTitan, Contractor Commerce, etc.).
2.5 How We Use Information To schedule and perform services, process payments, communicate (including marketing with consent), improve our Site and services, deliver targeted advertising, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
2.6 Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose or share it with service providers and contractors (ServiceTitan, Contractor Commerce, Stripe, GreenSky, Chiirp, SameDay Ai, Google, Meta, etc.) under written contracts that limit their use.
We may share limited data with advertising partners (Google, Meta) for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to your opt-out rights.
2.7 Retention We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g., up to 7 years for warranty/tax records).
2.8 Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure.
